The most important ingredient in our products is quality

The Nardone company focuses on the quality and genuineness of the product. The family has handed down the original recipe for three generations but being attentive to the needs of the current market, it creates new products with innovative packaging from time to time. The production cycle is complex, and divided into several phases, but the most important phase that gives the impression of the high quality and craftsmanship of the product is the cooking of the dough for 12 hours which takes place slowly in a bain-marie.

The traditional product par excellence of the Nardone family is Pannardone, a tasty variant of the classic almond nougat, filled with sponge cake soaked in liqueur and covered with pure extra dark chocolate with only cocoa butter from one of the most important industries in Belgium.

The range of products is very wide, especially in the single-portion version, which has recently been very much in demand and appreciated by customers. The company also has since 2004 the ISO 9001 certification relating to the quality management of production processes. The certification demonstrates that the company has an organizational system that guarantees the healthiness and high quality level of everything that is produced in our laboratory. This tool allows the traceability of the product with the traceability of all the raw materials that compose it.

All of our products are made using pure chocolate.
